It will all sound Greek to you all… need not to worry! If you like homemade food, Greek cuisine is something you will enjoy with your heart. Our concept is simple, we are not a restaurant, we are a cookery. The difference in this is that as we have no restaurant costs, we do not need to impose restaurant prices for our products hence the customer can enjoy quality food at the comfort of their sofa at affordable prices.

Our Founder Phoebus is a self-taught Cook equipped with family recipes that as he describes their main “secret” ingredient is, Love. There is no mistake in cooking, just a new way or a guide for next time!

In order to be able to offer the best final product to our customers we believe using fresh materials for literally everything we make is the key factor. This will also mean that since a lot of fresh produce is never the same our final product will also never be the same. It also means that the cost to produce the food will be fluctuating and because we are not greedy and we do also want the to keep business going our prices will be fluctuating as well, either up or down.

Our food is prepared prior sale as it requires a lot of time to cook. Slow roasting takes it is time but delivers a delicious flavour. Normal Cookeries usually work for lunchtime and usually they sell out…. But why not have the same choice to eat at night? So, we have two periods every day 12 noon and 6 Evening. Every period will start fresh and as we do not like to throw food away or keep it for next day, we only make a limited quantity of portions every time for every recipe when it’s gone…. It is gone!

To sum it up and let you enjoy our flavours, we would like to state that we aim to work to perfection always, but mistakes and human errors are inevitable.
